Finance

We do not extend credit and do expect to be paid as we develop your systems. The systems we develop for you are an investment in the future of your business.

We do however understand that the payback on such investment only occurs after the system is fully operational. We can put you in touch with commercial finance brokers who can provide the finance if necessary.

Fees

We do not have a set scale of fees. We give a free initial consultation after which we will evaluate your requirements and give you a proposal setting out what we can do for you and how we would charge for it.

Fixed Price Jobs

For jobs with a clear requirements we will give you a fixed price quote which will be accompanied by a statement which defines the scope of the job.

For larger projects we will quote a fixed price for a specification stage. Once it is complete you will receive a written specification. We will also give you a quote on the complete work. You can also get quotes from others developers.

Ad-hoc work

The rates for ad-hoc work and those on which we base our quotes will vary depending on the size and type of job, location and level of interaction required.
