 This is a simple MS Access database for recording details of incidents.

The system keeps track of incidents by employee, patient/client and incident type.

This was developed on a 'pro bono' basis for St John of God Services Victoria. Appropriate versions of this can be supplied to similarly deserving organisations.

Alerts Button

The alerts button opens list of exception queries and reports. It only appears if there is something to report

Report Screen

The report screen is table driven so new queries and reports can be added easily.
