This MS Access system provides the abilitly to record equipment and service specifications against customer contact and order details.

It was originally commissioned to replace an off-the-shelf CRM system for a moobile phone provide but could be customized to suit a range of businesses.

Staley & Associates already had their own system for tracking jobs but they needed to capture timesheets so that the data was available to job reports while also being available to MYOB time billing

We added a timesheet form to it created a service so that timeslips were automatically extracted and posted into MYOB.

Aquaseeding use an Excel workbook which has sheets for estimating and presenting the resulting quote and a job record sheet.

We turned this into a template with automated links to a customer database in MS Access.  An email containing the quote as a PDF attachment is cteared directly from the workbook.

This simple MS Access database was developed on a 'pro bono' basis for St John of God Services Victoria. Appropriate versions of this can be supplied to similarly deserving organisations.

 

The purpose is to record details of incidents by employee, patient/client and incident type.A highlighted alters button appears when incidents hit s significant threshold.
